Wynema Poe, daughter of James Vonley Poe and Ora Hobbs, taken in Detroit, Michigan, according to the annotation on the photo. I am not sure when in the 1920s the photo was taken, but it was around 1929, I believe.  I rather believe this may have been taken following the death of Lexie's husband Earl McGill in a work-related accident.  Lexie may have gone to Michigan to visit her brother Radford and other relations that had moved there. Earl died Oct 1929.  And I noted that a couple of the photos of Lexie and her mother taken during the same time had snow, etc.  
 
That is my guess, winter of 1929-1930.

found a small set of photos in a box that had belonged to Jim's mother - Lexie Belle Ray McGill Piper.
 
One of these is James Vonley (Jimmy) Poe, wife Ora Hobbs, and daugher Wynema Poe.
