Edward Bray (1693-1796) was born in England and died in North Carolina. His grandson, Henry Bray was born in 1755 in Fairfax County, Viriginia, the son of Edward Bray (1720-ca. 1810) and Sara Maynard Bray. He married Kezia Jones in 1778 at New Garden Friends Church, Guilford County, North Carolina. They had eleven children. He died in Morgan County, Indiana, in 1830. Descendants lived in Indiana, California, Illinois, and elsewhere. Includes the Arnold, Beals, Burris, Jennings, Sturdevant, Shelton, and other related families. Includes index.
